The form is paradox of poetry.
   Forms will confine, they will dicate line length and metre, they will force rhyme or prevent it, they wedge a free being into a ridge shape. 
   Yet forms will also free the poet. with a form, the technical part is already  set, you simply need ot just fill in the blanks.
